After 15 years playing professionally in Brazil and Asia, and 25+ years coaching in nine countries on 4 continents, I built my own coaching methodology. My Story

When I stopped playing professional football at 33, I went back to school. I completed my Bachelor of Physical Education at FEFISA in São Paulo — Brazil's institution for sports science and football pedagogy. Most coaches don't have the formal grounding in how bodies and minds actually develop. I do. That training shaped every session I've run since.

Over the next 25 years I coached on four continents — Brazil, South Africa, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, India, and now Australia. Worked for clubs including SE Palmeiras and São Paulo Football Club. Across every league and culture I encountered, I refined the methodology I'd started building in São Paulo. By the time I arrived in Melbourne it wasn't just Brazilian anymore. It was mine.

I spend several months a year back in São Paulo. I keep sharpening the methodology I've built — drawing from the system Brazil has used to dominate world football for 70 years, and from every other football culture I've been part of. I also bring back drills, footage, and the relationships that make the Pathway to Brazil possible for serious junior players from Melbourne.
